Boswellia Sport in gel is an innovative product specifically designed for the treatment of osteoarticular pain and to combat post-workout inflammation. It is part of the Innovia line of Pensa Pharma.
The gel has a formulation rich in natural anti-inflammatory extracts: in addition to Boswellia, it also contains MSM, arnica and devil's claw.
MSM- Methylsulfonylmethane
Methylsulfonylmethane, or more simply MSM, is an organosulfide: an organic compound containing sulfur. It has mainly anti-inflammatory and chondroprotective properties. It emerged from some clinical trials that the MSM would seem useful in:
- protect the muscle from the damaging action of oxygen free radicals during particularly intense training sessions;
- reduce joint pain during gonarthrosis;
- to improve joint mobility during knee osteoarthritis.
- delay the articular complications during inflammatory pathologies.
Bosexil
Complex of Boswellia phytosomated titrated to 25% in boswellic acids. It has anti-inflammatory activity, useful for joint pain, arthrosis and arthritis.
Arnica
Arnica montana (vol. Arnica) is one of the most used natural remedies for the treatment of common disorders related to the cutaneous system and the osteoarticular apparatus. Thanks to the anti-inflammatory, anti-rheumatic and antiechimatose properties it is widely used for topical use, in the form of ointment, oil or ointment, in the case of post-traumatic edema, bruises and rheumatism.
Devil's claw
Effective anti-rheumatic and anti-inflammatory plant, the devil's claw has been used for centuries in the traditional medicine of South African peoples for the treatment of various problems of the osteoarticular system.
The analgesic and anti-inflammatory efficacy of the plant is due to the presence of the Harpagosides contained in the root. This plant has also proved useful in situations that create pain such as tendinitis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, back pain, bruises, pain in the neck, sciatica.
Allantoin

Boswellia extract is an adjunct in anti-fatigue and decontracting treatments. Suitable for localized application in case of tired joints.
