Supplement based on iron, vitamin C, folic acid, vitamin B12 and copper useful for supporting pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as in cases of physical fatigue due to anemia and iron deficiency.
Iron: contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin. Although the body limits its losses, cases of iron deficiency are widespread. These may be due to:
- reduced intake, due to diets lacking in meat;
- insufficient absorption: achlorhydria, diarrhea, gastrointestinal changes;
excessive blood loss.
Folic Acid: contributes to normal hematopoiesis and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin C and Copper contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
